Stories from my Network

Beyond the notes (blogged last posting), sometimes I will include a special highlight, with a more indepth story worth telling. I can tell on beforehand, that this typically is covering a sustainopreneurial event in a 250 to 500 word article, and inviting the sustainopreneur in her/his own words if possible, to grab some quotes in first person. The same set of questions "Who, what, when, where, why and how?", as with notes, will be covered with a greater extend in this format, of course.

"There is a great lot going on around among the ones I have been honoured to get to know through the years. I would love to give everyone that I have connected to a shout in support to the world, to give another voice to support their efforts, but the day only have 24 hours. I will be happy to put notes collated more often than I write a full story, focusing a single event in more detail. And if I limit myself to when to do a full story in one single blog-post, it is because I view it as an extra-ordinary great effort in one way or another to reflect our shared "meta-intention", and especially I want to highlight fellow sustainopreneurs with presenting their ventures! So if you feel that you are a sustainopreneur, shout out to me!"

Notes from my Network

 

I think it is worth mentioning when something extraordinary happens in my network, that is worth to shout out to the world. I will have an occasional posting headlined "Notes from my Network". Notes typically comes with 50 words up to a max of 100, and they will usually be collected in a blogpost with collated notes. Each note with a link to the person and their public online profile, what the person is involved with, when it happened/happens, why the person does this, why it is worth noting and how the person does it. And adding relevant links, of course.

 

What's your Dream?

I would like to remind you of a paper I have done some years back, while posting the abstract of the new one in my posting from the other day.

"Have you ever thought about the Dream of a Street Citizen?" presented at the conference ICE, Växjö University, Teleborg Castle, Oct 9-10, 2002. I collected 55+ street living citizens' dreams during my stay in Uganda, 2001/2002, five Sundays in a row, October to December 2001, in a survey with eight questions. And crayola paitings as well. Let me introduce you to the wrestler!

"Live your Dream" (message from D:Fuse in Music...)

The Research Paper final version now submitted!

I got a final feedback mostly considering language issues, and those were taken into account, and I also added some details to my research paper. The final version, now ready for print after this, was submitted to VHU, "Vetenskap för Hållbar Utveckling" or "Science for Sustainable Development", http://www.ieh.se/vhu/konferens.

Exclusive printing and publishing rights for the work is for the association, but I take the liberty to have a teaser in the form of the abstract published here (click to enlarge).

I will let you know when the full Proceedings from the conference will get published - add the Feed/Subscription to your Feedreader to be the first to know!
