We talked about different time focus late night, Ric (sustainable trade manager) and me (a bit tired networker...at the moment...).
Time, ok, you can live in the past, the present and/or the future.
But the thing is that you see that present dissapear all the time, replaced by new at the same time.
Hm. We just continued talking and tiredly joking...if you live in the future. Hm. Then you must be a kid. And the present? Guess it's dominatly those hundred percent only the current second being extremely drunk or maybe even alcoholist. And past? Nostalgia. Must be old and retired. We then thought about the old saying that you get to know the truth only by kids and alcoholists, well, maybe also retired with nothing to lose left. Kids just being stupidly honest all the time, and alcoholists? Well, no comments. Just say as it is.
So. Those living in time, whatever time, tells the truth.
And those not living in time at all?
Well, get old fast, take a big whiskey or just be childish and play on, then you might get a future and having fun in the present and end up not regretting or longing the past.
Live in time.
Now....it is time to go to bed.
G'night. Next morning another moment in the now, with a cup of coffee and some happy networking and writing for me, and for Ric?
He shall get things done right.
Now, log out.
