An interesting initiative is the www.ChangeThis.com not-for-profit website, where eBooks/PDFs are freely downloadable, so called manifestos.
With everyone feeling that they have something valuable to say, you can post a proposal, with an abstract of what the full-text would deal with and try to state.
I submitted a proposal, and it got approved. It entered the top ten, and I hope for your vote to increase the chances to have it published in full text for you to read. I plan a maximum 25 page condensed publication to grasp some of the essences of the conceptual body developed by me and others related to the core term.
